FAQ
Questions I hear.
These are the questions leaders and teams ask me most. If yours is missing, send me a note and I'll answer it personally.
Getting started
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation. We talk about what you are seeing in your work or your team, and I suggest a good first step. Booking creates no obligation for either of us.
Which option is right for me?
Leaders often start with a Mastermind or 1:1 coaching. Teams often start with a trust-building workshop. Organizations bring me in when change is imminent or already happening to strategize and implement a path that sticks. Tell me what you are seeing, and I will suggest a first step.
For leaders
What is a Mastermind?
A Mastermind is a small community of leaders who work through real situations together. The others in the circle reflect back what you may not see yet, so you hear yourself more clearly and leave with a clearer next step. Ask me about the current format when we talk.
Who is 1:1 coaching for?
It suits leaders who are ready to go deeper, whether the goal is stronger strategic influence and communication or a closer link between their values and their daily leadership. It also suits high-achieving professionals who feel tired from masking and from burnout cycles.
Should I start with a Mastermind or 1:1 coaching?
If you want a mirror in other leaders, start with a Mastermind. If you want private space to go deeper, start with 1:1 coaching. You can also send me a note and we will choose together.
Why didn't our leadership training stick?
Capable, trained leaders can still get stuck, because the discomfort and avoidance behind a hard conversation remain after the training ends. I work with that unnamed layer through coaching, facilitation, systems change advisory, and follow-through.
For teams
What can we do when our teams blame each other?
Trust-building workshops give a team a shared language and steps for hard conversations, so blame can give way to honest feedback. Change advisory can follow when the systems around the team need to shift.
What is a feedback-safe culture?
It is a culture where people can give and receive honest feedback without fear of losing their standing. I build it through trust, using the Trust Stewardship Model: credibility, care, and consistency.
What is the Trust Stewardship Model?
It is a model I developed with three pillars that build and uphold trust: credibility, care, and consistency. I draw on it in my coaching and workshops.
Speaking
What topics do you speak on?
Trust and collaboration, the health of community, strategic influence skills, and the case for going all-in on your culture.
How do I invite you to speak at our event?
Send me a note with your event date, your audience, and the theme. I'll reply personally.
If something here sounds like your team or your week, I'd love to hear about it.
Let's find a good next step together.
