Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
I respect your privacy. I collect what I need to reply to you and to send what you ask for. This page explains what that is and how I handle it.
What I collect
- Lead magnet signup: your name and your email.
- Email: when you write to me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.
- Booking a call: when you schedule a free conversation, Calendly collects the details you enter there, under its own privacy policy.
- Technical information: like most websites, the service that hosts this site may log standard technical details such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure. See Cookies below.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential browser storage it needs to work, such as protecting the forms from spam and keeping the site's administrator signed in. It does not use advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. If I add analytics in the future, I will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires.
How I use it
I use your information to reply to you, to send the resource you asked for, to follow up personally about it, to schedule conversations, and to keep a record of our conversations about working together. I email you after you contact me or sign up. If I begin a newsletter or an email series in the future, I will let you know, and every message will include a simple way to opt out.
Who handles it
- Your signup is saved in this site's contacts table, which is hosted on Lovable, along with the rest of this site. Only I can read it.
- My email runs on Microsoft 365.
- Scheduling runs on Calendly.
- If I offer paid services through this site, Stripe will process the payment and handle your card details directly. I do not see or store card numbers.
I do not sell or rent your information. I may share it if the law requires.
How long I keep it
I keep your contact record until you ask me to delete it or you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can email me at any time to see what I have about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can ask me to stop emailing you whenever you like. Some places, such as California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, give residents additional rights. Email me, and I will honor them as the law requires.
Adults only
This site and every interaction with me are intended for consenting adults aged 18 and over. By using the site or contacting me, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Other sites
This site links to other places, including Instagram, Calendly, and articles and podcasts that feature my work. Each has its own privacy practices.
Changes
If I change this policy, I will post the new version here and update the date at the top.

This page explains what my work offers and where its limits are, so you can decide what fits you.
Coaching and facilitation
My coaching, facilitation, advisory work, and speaking exist for learning and professional development. Coaching is a partnership for reflection, skill building, and forward movement. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace therapy, counseling, or medical care. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a licensed professional. In the United States, you can call or text 988 at any time to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
Professional advice
The content of this site, my workshops, and my talks is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or human resources advice. Please consult a qualified professional about your own situation.
Results
People's experiences differ, and I cannot promise a particular outcome. What you gain depends on your goals, your circumstances, your effort, and the people around you.
Testimonials
The testimonials on this site describe the experiences of individuals who shared them with permission. They reflect those individuals' own results and carry no promise that you will have the same ones.
Certifications and trademarks
Everything DiSC, Prosci, and Jay Shetty Certification School are names that belong to their respective owners. My certifications from them do not mean those organizations endorse this site or my services.
Confidentiality
What you share with me in coaching and facilitation stays confidential, except where the law requires disclosure or where I need to act to prevent serious harm.
Media and outside sources
Articles, podcasts, and other media that feature my work are produced by others. Their views and content belong to them.
